How to order
- Select a physical product and add it to your cart.
- Review the cart and continue to checkout.
- Enter your billing and shipping information.
- Select PayPal when it is available.
- You will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment securely.
Current status: Our PayPal China merchant account is under review. PayPal checkout will be enabled after approval. No online payment is collected through this website until activation is complete.
Accepted payment method
We plan to accept PayPal for overseas customer payments. Customers will not be asked to send card details by email. TUBE PREAMP Audio Lab does not store PayPal passwords or full payment-card details.
Shipping
Products are dispatched from Shenzhen, China. Available destinations, shipping method, cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed before dispatch. Import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Early-stage product notice
Some products are offered during early access. Final configuration, technical specifications, lead time and availability will be confirmed before dispatch. Development images may differ from the final production appearance.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order number and supporting photos. Eligibility for return or refund will be assessed according to the product condition, applicable law and PayPal buyer and seller protection requirements. Return shipping arrangements must be confirmed before sending an item back.
